PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We do realize the inevitability of a mistake. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability changes. You will be reimbursed as soon as we recognize the situation.  

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Every order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 1-4 days of being placed, it should arrive within 2-6 business days. Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days. We currently only ship to the US. For inquires on other countries, feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your package and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs will vary. 


RETURN POLICY

We want you to be nothing less that 100% satisfied with your order. You can return most items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Free gifts, sale items, and special orders are not available for a refund. Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.

DAMAGES

We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to [email protected]; include photos and order number if possible. We will re-send the item ASAP, free of cost. If the item is no longer in stock we will work our best to make sure you receive a full refund or similar item. Broken items do not need to be mailed back to us.
